Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
Configuring a catch-all email mailbox will be surprisingly easy if you have a shared hosting with us. You can activate this option through our powerful, yet easy-to-work-with Email Manager tool, which is an indivisible part of the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you will manage your account. You’ll see all the email addresses that you have set up enumerated alphabetically and to the right of each one there will be a small "Catch-all" icon, which will instantaneously inform you whether a particular mailbox gets all the messages associated with a given domain name or not. With a single click on the icon you can enable or disable this feature at any time. In case there is activated email forwarding or in case a different mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a given domain name, you will get a warning from our system. The latter will not replace/disable anything automatically or without your consent.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all feature can be activated without any effort in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated server account with our company. All the email addresses that you’ve created using the domains hosted in the semi-dedicated server account will be shown in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you’ll see a tiny icon conveniently located right next to each one. With just one single click of the mouse, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choice on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain with the option already activated and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on a mailbox and enable the feature using the menu that will appear. In case any of the preconditions for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not fulfilled, our system will inform you, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
